Happy Labor Day

As we end the summer with this last holiday weekend, remember the goals that you are working towards. Don’t let all of the BBQs and fun derail you… Even if you over indulge remember that it’s only one day or even one weekend, get back on track with these ideas!
Eat Smart Fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and whole grains are your friends.
Get Moving Whether you are at the beach, in the park, in the mountains, on the lake or at home, there are always opportunities to get moving and burn a few calories. Look for them…
Stay Hydrated Alcohol, juice and soda can add extra calories to your diet, try drinking at least one glass of water for each glass of other beverages to balance it out or just drink water. Add some fruit to your water for an extra boost of flavor.
Have Fun After all it is a holiday weekend! For some its the last hooray of the season… Enjoy time with family and friends!
